About The Stanley Cut

The Stanley Cut was founded in response to COVID-19 and families across the world being forced to cut their hair at home. As a group of hockey entrepreneurs, we wanted to find a fun way to keep the spirit of the game alive and award the first ever “Stanley Cut” trophy.

On the first 2500 entries, a donation of $0.20 will be made to the Penalty Box Foundation by a Brand Sponsor. Their mission is to support individuals and organizations within the hockey community who have experienced a catastrophic event. We couldn’t think of a better time to help out a wonderful cause and help share the game we all love!

The PenaltyBox Foundation was launched in 2018 by Drew P. Laine as a way to connect and support the North American  Hockey Community. It’s mission is to provide micro grants and donations to individuals and organizations who have experienced a catastrophic event and need assistance staying in the game. Officially The PenaltyBox Relief Fund DBA The PenaltyBox Foundation, we are an IRS approved 501c3 organization. “We take care of our own”.
